Time to compose again!

I am lucky enough to be performing with a string quartet on the upcoming June long-weekend. It is a special one-off concert with a Spanish-Classical theme. I offered to compose a piece for string quartet and piano for this concert, inspired by the flamenco rhythm ‘Buleria’, and using some flamenco harmony and modes too. I have just completed the first draft of the piece, and am looking forward to the first rehearsal next week!
